At Lorvenes, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent shopping experience. Every order is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure the correct product, size, and quality standards are maintained.

7-Day Replacement Request Window
We accept replacement requests within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team within this timeframe with your order number and clear details of the issue.
Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not qualify for replacement or support.
No Refund Policy
At Lorvenes, we currently do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Instead of refunds, eligible orders may qualify for a replacement according to the conditions below.
By placing an order with Lorvenes, you agree to this policy.
If the Mistake Is From Our Side
If you receive:
- The wrong dress
- The wrong size
- The wrong color
- A damaged or defective item
- A product different from what you ordered
then Lorvenes will take full responsibility.
After verification, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost. In most cases, you will not be required to return the original item and may keep it.
To process the request faster, clear photos or videos of the issue may be required.
Size & Fit Responsibility
We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
If the item delivered matches exactly what you ordered, but:
- The size does not fit as expected
- You selected the wrong size
- You changed your mind
- The style or fit does not suit personal preference
then this is not considered an error from Lorvenes.
In some cases, we may still offer a replacement as a goodwill gesture, however:
- Replacement approval is not guaranteed
- Delivery/shipping charges for the replacement must be paid by the customer
- The original dress can remain with you
Replacement Eligibility
Replacement requests may be declined if:
- The request is made after 7 days of delivery
- Insufficient proof is provided
- The product issue does not meet our policy guidelines
- The item received matches the order placed correctly
- The claim is found to be false, misleading, or abusive
Lorvenes reserves the right to refuse replacement requests that do not meet our policy requirements.
Product Appearance & Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to display our products as accurately and naturally as possible.
However, please note:
- Product images are captured using professional lighting and high-quality editing
- Slight differences in color, brightness, fabric tone, or appearance may occur in real life due to screen settings, lighting conditions, photography enhancement, and device display variations
These minor differences are normal and are not considered defects or incorrect items.
Quality Assurance
Every order at Lorvenes goes through a careful quality inspection before shipping, including:
- Fabric checking
- Stitching inspection
- Size verification
- Product matching
- Packaging review
This helps us ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition.
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly for fast dispatch.
Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed and cancellation may no longer be possible.
International Orders
For international shipments, customs processing, import duties, taxes, or shipping delays may occur depending on your country.
These charges or delays are controlled by local authorities and are not the responsibility of Lorvenes.
