We offer Exchanges, Replacements, and Store Credit, allowing you to exchange your size, select a different item, or receive store credit to use on a future purchase.

Our team reviews each request individually to ensure the most suitable solution is provided.


Returns Policy

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request.
  • Approved returns may qualify for Store Credit, Exchange, or Replacement.
  • All Store Credits are issued in USD.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
  • Accessories, Jewelry, Bodysuits, Lingerie, Swimwear, Gift Cards, and Personalized Items are not eligible for return.
  • If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with supporting photos.
  • Orders placed using PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay Installments, or similar payment providers remain subject to this policy.
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions below may not be eligible for Store Credit, Exchange, or Replacement.

Exchanges & Replacements

If your request is approved, we may offer:

  • Store Credit
  • Size Exchange
  • Product Exchange
  • Replacement Item

Depending on the order, destination country, and nature of the request, we may either:

  • Allow you to keep the original item and proceed with the approved resolution; or
  • Request the item be returned to our warehouse for review.

If a return is required, detailed instructions and the return address will be provided by our support team.

Return shipping costs may apply depending on the circumstances of the request.


Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • A faulty item
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item
  • An incorrect size sent by us
  • A product significantly different from the item ordered

Please contact us promptly with clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, our team will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.


Condition of Return

Please take care when trying on products.

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging where applicable
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, smoke, or other odors

Footwear must be returned:

  • In the original shoe box
  • In original condition
  • With no visible signs of wear
  • With no marks or scuffs on the soles

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for Store Credit, Exchange, or Replacement.


High Value Items

Products supplied with security ribbons, tags, seals, or other protective features must be returned with these features intact.

Items with removed, damaged, or altered security features may not qualify for return.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.
