1. No Returns or Exchanges for Customer Mistakes

We provide detailed size charts, clear product descriptions, and high-quality images to help you choose the correct item.

Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong size chosen by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Color or style not as expected
  • Ordering by mistake
  • Minor variations in design or embroidery
  • Delivery delays caused by courier/customs issues

2. If Lorvenes Makes a Mistake

If the error is from our side, we take full responsibility.

You will NOT be asked to return the product.
Instead, the incorrect item will be considered a gift from Lorvenes to you.

Situations that qualify:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong size sent
  • Wrong color sent
  • Major manufacturing defect (ripped, torn, or noticeable faulty stitching)

In such cases, you may keep the item.


3. How to Report an Issue (Our Mistake Only)

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send the following to our support team:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Clear picture/video of the received product
  • Explanation of the issue

4. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged (whether it's our mistake or not):

  • Accessories
  • Sale items
  • Customized packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer handling

5. Quality Check Before Dispatch

Every item goes through a strict quality control process:

  • Fabric check
  • Stitching inspection
  • Size verification
  • Proper packaging
  • Final review

This ensures that customers receive products in perfect condition.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Since we begin order processing immediately, cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed.


7. International Order Considerations

  • Customs, import taxes, duties, or delays vary by country and are beyond our control.
  • These factors do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
