Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID. You can monitor your order 24/7 on our dedicated tracking page: Track Your Order. Tracking updates usually appear within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

Some countries may apply import duties or taxes. These are determined by your local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. Most shipments clear without extra charges.

Yes! We offer a 15-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Whether the item doesn’t fit, you changed your mind, or there was an issue with the product, our team will guide you through a smooth process.

If we send the wrong item, size, color, or a defective product, we take full responsibility. We will provide a replacement or refund as per your choice. You will not need to return the wrong item, which you may keep as a gift from Lorvenes.

Yes, for smooth processing, items should be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags whenever possible.
